“Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness.” — Desmond Tutu
The New York Art Therapy Association (NYATA) invites submissions for our Juried Art Show: Hope in the Dark, a collective reflection on resilience, transformation, and the healing power of creativity.
Through the language of art, we hold space for the unseen, the uncertain, and the luminous moments that emerge from within struggle. “Hope in the Dark” calls upon artists, art therapists, and students to explore how art becomes a vessel for healing and how it holds both shadow and light, sorrow and strength.
